Temp to Perm
Some businesses like to evaluate a candidate’s ability and potential before making an offer permanent. This is known as a temp to perm placement. The client pays temporary fees until they put the candidate on their payroll. Once the candidate becomes permanent, the margins on the temp fees already incurred are deducted from the permanent placement fee.
And, as always, our 90 day guarantee applies: if for any reason the placement is unsatisfactory, we’ll replace that candidate one time for no additional fee!
