We offer a variety of services to complement our recruiting and staffing efforts on your behalf. Even if you choose to conduct a candidate search on your own, these same services can prove invaluable in your candidate selection.

Interviewing and Screening

We conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates, take them through a battery of tests appropriate for the position and, if requested, we will do reference checks. We prepare a professional report for each candidate you can then use in your own decision-making process.

Testing

We subscribe to a national service that gives us access to more than 400 different tests in many areas, clerical, office oriented software, bookkeeping accounting, legal, medical, etc. Tests provide a strong indication of a candidate’s skills and give some reassurance of future job performance.

Reference Checks

We are experts at doing reference checks. Our proven techniques help determine the experience that a prior employer may have had with a candidate you have under consideration.

We can also conduct Criminal Background Searches, both national and local, as well as Credit Searches. We highly recommend these if a potential employee will be dealing with confidential information or handling money.

Outplacement Counseling

In addition to recruiting and staffing, we offer Outplacement Counseling for employees who have been laid off. We advise them in ways that help them find a job. We use techniques to improve their resumes and their interviews. To the degree possible, we also help them through our own job openings. Our Outplacement Counseling restores confidence and energy to employees, a wonderful way for you to help ease their transition.
